Are you the internet or TV company itself?
No, and this trips people up sometimes. We don’t run any network or install anything. Once you pick a plan, the provider you chose handles the actual service, billing, and support — we step out of the picture at that point.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. Providers pay us if someone we send them signs up. You never get a bill from Gaynor Company, because there isn’t one.
If I call, does that lock me into anything?
No. Plenty of people call, ask a few questions, and decide it’s not the right time. That’s completely fine and costs you nothing either.
Do EarthLink, Frontier, Kinetic, and Optimum know you exist?
They know referral services like ours exist generally, but we’re not owned by any of them, and none of them speak through us. We just compare what each one offers.
How would you know what’s available where I live?
We check it when you call, using your address. Coverage really does change from one street to the next, so we don’t guess — we look it up in the moment.
What if it turns out nobody serves my address?
It happens more than you’d think, especially in rural spots. If that’s the case, we say so directly instead of suggesting something that won’t actually work.
Can I trust the price you quote me?
The number we give you comes from the provider and can shift — promotions end, pricing changes. We pass along the most current figure we have, but the provider confirms the final terms when you sign up.
What do you do with my information?
We use your address and contact details to check availability and, if you decide to move forward, to hand off to the provider you picked. Nothing beyond that. Details are on the Privacy Policy page.
